Hillsboro Columbus Club

The Hillsboro Columbus Club, in cooperation with St. Matthews parish, have made the Columbus Club Hall available to the public for FAMILY gatherings. The Columbus Club Hall is available for rent on Fridays, from 5:00pm to 10:00pm, Saturdays, from 8:00am to 10:00pm, and Sundays, from 8:00am to 9:30pm. 

The facility can accommodate about 100 people with available tables and chairs. The basement also has a refrigerator, oven & stove, and microwave.

Note: The Hillsboro Columbus Club will be making needed repairs to the facility and will be pausing all rentals from January 2023 until further notice. We will update our website once we are open for reservations for the public for FAMILY gatherings.

The Columbus Club Hall, as regulated by the City of Hillsboro, is not intended to be used for LOUD parties. The Columbus Club ask the families wanting to use the facility to respect the rights of the neighborhood and keep the events reasonable. Renters shall not have a DJ, BAND, or any type of LOUD AMPLIFIED music while using the Hall. Renters shall ensure that NO ALCOHOLIC beverages are served or consumed while on the premises.

The Rental fee is $400 for a Full Day Rental and $200 for a Half Day (Half Day equals 5 hours total including setup, event and cleanup). Cash on the day of the event or a check one (1) week before the event. There is a Reservation, Cleaning, Damage, No Alcohol, No Loud Music deposit of $150 (By check thirty (30) days prior to the event). If you require a previous night (if available) setup, it is a $50 additional charge. There is also a LATE Cancellation Fee of $50 (If you cancel within 14 days of your scheduled event).
